We design our work in line with our lifestyle. We have handcrafted a distributed crew with passionate Ridestore teammates working from all over the world. For us, performance and execution rules. And that’s the way we like it.
We stay connected with digital tools and meetups, and we’re able to make great products through our creative connections. The best ideas win, and the founders are simply one of us. "The way we work is the way we live." But we don’t take this for granted. To us, a great team means that we all perform at our best and we all help each other reach those levels.

How our recruitment process looks like
Application
Send in your application and introduce yourself. For all roles we have application questions. This is a way for us to see the person behind the resume.
Psychometric and Logic
For most of our roles we use Alva Labs as a partner for a psychometric and a logic test. Sounds scary? Don't worry, just be yourself and you'll be fine.
Culture interview
In this part of the process you get to meet us for the first time to get a hint of our culture.
Work case
In every recruitment we make use of case for you to get a insight in the role, and for us to get the chance to see you in action.
Case interview
Present your creation. You'll get feedback on the results of the case as well as a chance to present it further.
