Quality Assurance Controller
Turn data into clarity. Clarity into action. Action into better products.
We usually respond within three days
At Ridestore, quality isn’t just something we measure; it’s something we design into everything we do. From concept to customer, every detail matters.
Now we’re looking for a QA Controller who can transform data into insight and insight into smarter, stronger ways of working.
You’ll be the one who connects the dots between numbers, products, and people; helping us see what’s really happening across our production lines and supplier network.
This role is ideal for someone who loves structure, patterns, and precision. But who also gets that behind every data point is a real-world product that customers trust.
The first six months
You’ll focus on:
- Getting to know Ridestore’s way of doing QA; the systems, the people, and the mindset
- Building a strong understanding of our products, quality requirements, and suppliers
- Taking ownership of your own projects; learning by doing, analyzing by understanding
- Starting to shape how we use data and insights to raise our quality game across the board
What you’ll drive long-term
- Own the QA data flow; gather, organize, and analyze data from inspections, reports, and suppliers to keep us sharp
- Ensure production consistency by tracking and following up on performance to ensure our standards are met throughout
- Strengthen supplier performance; collaborate with partners to help them meet (and exceed) our expectations
- Systemize and simplify; turn complexity into clear, actionable processes and documentation
- Drive your area forward; contribute to the future strategy of how we work with QA data, insights, and decisions
Who you are
You might come from quality assurance, production, or product development, but your true strength lies in making sense of data and turning it into action.
You need to have:
- EXCEL!!!!!!! (yes, we mean it 🤓) and a structured approach to analysis
- A sharp, analytical mindset with a feel for patterns and root causes
- Experience from manufacturing or similar process-driven environments
- Great communication skills; you can turn data into stories that people understand and trust
- A love for tidy documentation, clear systems, and measurable improvements.
And probably most importantly, you’re a determined doer. You don’t just analyze problems; you follow through until they’re solved.
A plus if you have…
- Familiarity with QA systems, inspection tools, or testing methods
You’ll thrive here if you
- Enjoy deep work, calm focus, and making things make sense
- Get a kick out of finding patterns and creating systems that others rely on
- Appreciate a culture that values autonomy, curiosity, and infinite learning
- Like working in a team where humility and grit matter more than job titles
- Want to be part of a company where ideas drive our growth (not hierarchy!)
The practical stuff
This is a full-time role based in Gothenburg, Sweden, where we have our only office.
While we value flexibility and asynchronous collaboration, this role benefits from being close to the team; expect to spend around four days a week in the office.
To apply, you’ll need at least a valid work permit in Sweden.
Sounds good?
Then apply! No need to write a cover letter; we’d rather hear your thoughts directly through a few short written questions in the application flow.
You’ll be in good hands with Lisa, our favorite external recruiter, who’s leading the first part of this process.
