👋🏼 We’re guessing you’re reading this because you’re a QA nerd. Great, so are we.
We’re on the lookout for a proactive and experienced QA Specialist to join our great team at the HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden. If you’re passionate about technical garments, love getting hands-on with products, and thrive in dynamic and passionate environments, this might be your next adventure.
What’s the gig?
You’ll play a key role in assuring our products meet our high aiming standards. This means collaborating with suppliers, diving into pre-production samples, visiting our partner factories (and more) to solve challenges in real time. You’ll be the go-to person for quality projects; from organizing product testing to refining our quality strategies and manuals.
Why do we need you?
Our current setup is strong, but we want to add another experienced person with garment and factory know-how to the QA team to elevate our work. You’ll bring fresh insights, collaborate with a super-talented and experienced production team, and make sure our quality processes are on point. We are proud of where we are today but we’re never satisfied. We look to always improve. 😌
What you’ll do
- Conduct thorough physical inspections of Pre-Production Samples (PPS) and bulk production
- Visit factories for product inspections and audits in Europe and Asia
- Collaborate with the Customer Experience (CX) team to analyze claims data and improve quality processes
- Organize and oversee internal and external product testing to ensure durability and performance
- Develop and maintain Ridestore’s Quality strategies and manuals
- Take ownership of quality-related projects, including care label instructions and compliance with DPP regulations
- Be a problem-solver on the production floor and a proactive partner to our suppliers with daily communication with suppliers and 3rd party labs
We’re looking for someone who
- Has mid to senior experience in QA within the garment industry
- Knows their way around garment factories
- Is proficient in tools like Slack, Google Docs and Sheets, and Asana
- Is a natural problem-solver who can work independently
- Is curious and detailed, and loves a hands-on approach
- Is humble to the bones and knows how to laugh
- Love working in a team
Bonus points if you:
- Have experience with digital QA systems like Qarma or QimaONE
- Know your way around technical apparel or standardized testing (ISO, etc.)

We’ll offer you freedom in a passionate and somewhat snowy environment where you can impact the future of Ridestore with your work. 🚀
Where?
It's a full-time role based in our only office in Gothenburg four days a week, so we want you to live in or close to Gothenburg or open to move there. Ridestore is distributed across several countries, meaning we have a great digital workplace.
How we do it
