The team that creates DOPE and MONTEC Outdoor apparel is looking for a part-time fitting model that will work alongside our designers and garment technicians to help us make sure our apparel fits perfectly with our customers.

About the position

This is a part-time hourly opportunity. You will need to be able to come to our offices on pretty short notice (1-3 days notice) and spend 1-2 hours with our team of designers, product developers and pattern makers. You will be asked to try on different clothes so that the production team can evaluate the fit and function of the garments on an actual person. We will ask you for your feedback on how the garments feel to wear and fit you.

This is NOT a photo modeling job. We are only interested in seeing how our clothes fit on different body measurements and body shapes, to help us develop better products. The fittings take place at our head office in Frihamnen, Göteborg during office hours (9:00-17:00).

Salary

You work as a freelancer and will invoice us 290SEK/hour, a minimum of 2 hours billable (even if you're at the office for only 20 mins). You do not need to have your own company, and can use a service such as eg. Frilans Finans. Travel costs are not covered.

Who you are

• You feel comfortable as a fitting model, and are able to let us know your opinion about the fit of the garments you try on.
• Earlier experience of similar work is a merit since we will value your feedback on the fit and feel of each garment, but not a requirement.
• It is preferable if you ski or snowboard, but not a requirement.
• We're an international team so it's preferable if you're comfortable expressing yourself in English.

REQUIREMENTS

Body measurements requirements Men size 52:

• Chest: 105 cm; Measured horizontal at the widest point of bust
• Waist: 92 cm; Measured horizontal around at the narrowest point of waist, equals a 34" waist on jeans.
• Seat: 104 cm; Measured horizontal at the widest point of seat
• Total height: 180 cm

It is OK if one of the measurements is within +/-2 cm of requirement, but it is important that your measurements are as close to body chart as possible in order for us to make a correct judgment of fit.
